We have completed all scheduled maintenance on the mail server except for the IP address change. All other updates have been successfully applied, and mail services are fully restored.

The IP switch will be carried out during follow up maintenance early tomorrow.

We will be performing maintenance on the mail server to improve the system and implement several changes. As part of this maintenance, the mail server’s IP address will also be changed. During the maintenance window, the mail server may be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes. After this period, you will be able to receive emails again. Once the maintenance has been fully completed, sending emails will also be restored.

Customers with an email server access or mail product will be notified of the new IP address so they can update their configuration accordingly. We understand this may cause some inconvenience. We have chosen this time to minimize impact on our customers and appreciate your patience while we carry out this maintenance.
